Hi, Please feel free to add a comment about our site and/or our service. We've added our first 'well-wishes' to outr new site which was from Judy back in 2010 - Thank you Judy. Thank You Paul Advice on 2 Small Claims Having initiated two claims against two different companies, I was in need of advice on whether my claims were likely to be successful. I e-mailed Paul and he got back to me with some straight forward information. Wish I'd found his website sooner and would definitely use again should the need ever arise! After placing a deposit on a car the seller raised his asking price and I agreed, then tried to raise it once more. I refused to pay and asked the seller to return my deposit. I, the buyer, lived in south-west France and the seller lived in the UK. How could I go forward to try and redeem my deposit after the seller declined to return it? I was just lucky enough to engage the help of Paul Barton of 1st Advice Line and my money was returned.
I would have no hesitation in engaging 1st Advice Line again should it be necessary and can honestly recommend anybody else who finds their selves in a similar predicament
